STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION

Whether you’ve already started the design process with us, or you just want to know what you can make with what you have, the first step in recycling gold and precious stones is assessing the items. Bring everything with you to this consultation so we can go through it together. We’ll chat about what you have and what you’d like to do with it. Learn more about our design process here.

STEP 2: GOLD AND STONE ASSESSMENT

Once we know what pieces will be used in your new design, we pull apart your old jewellery and remove stones so they can be accurately measured and weighed. Gold is x-rayed to determine purity, then melted and refined back to a form that can be reused in your next piece.
